Join us for a panel on Mental Health: Breaking Down Stigmas and Building Resilience on Monday, March 10 from 12:00 - 1:30pm in the Library (Littleton Campus).

Mental health impacts us all, yet stigma often prevents meaningful conversations and access to support. Hear from five ´óÏó´«Ã½ employees and three local mental health professionals as they offer diverse perspectives and practical insights. The session will include:

  • 35 minutes of insights from ´óÏó´«Ã½ faculty and staff.

  • 35 minutes of perspectives from community mental health experts.

  • 20 minutes of audience Q&A.

Light refreshments will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to explore a resource table featuring information about on- and off-campus mental health services.

Whether you're a student, faculty, staff, or community member, this event offers a safe and supportive space to learn, connect, and take actionable steps toward mental well-being.
