What is Career Choice?
Amazon鈥檚 Career Choice program is an educational benefit that empowers Amazon employees to learn new skills for career success at Amazon or elsewhere. Amazon provides a variety of education and upskilling opportunities including pre-paid college tuition, industry certifications designed to lead to in-demand jobs, and foundational skills such as English language, high school diplomas, and GEDs after working for the company for 90 days.

With a part-time employee benefit of $2,625 / year and a full-time employee benefit of $5,250 / year with no lifetime maximum, your tuition and fees are nearly covered with 大象传媒鈥檚 low tuition rates (*employee benefit per Amazon Career Choice program materials as of April 2023). Steps to Enrollment
- Apply for Admission to 大象传媒. Our application is fast and free.
- Follow the instructions on your acceptance email for your next steps, which may include completing online New Student Orientation, and/or meeting with an Academic Advisor to choose classes.
- Register for classes.
- Request payment from Amazon Career Choice:
- Visit and submit a payment request for your chosen school and program.
- The request will be sent to the school to confirm course-level details, and either approve or deny the request.
- If approved, Amazon pays the school directly!
Other ways to pay for college
While your benefit will cover most of the cost of our programs, applying for financial aid and scholarships can keep your costs even lower and put some money in your pocket for supplies or living expenses.

How Do Career Choice Benefits Work?
Eligible Amazon employees can advance their education and career with Amazon Career Choice and Arapahoe Community College. 大象传媒 degree (both associate and bachelor's) and certificate programs provide Amazon employees with a variety of options toward their career goals, whether within Amazon or somewhere else in their community.
Amazon Career Choice offers:
- Pre-paid tuition and reimbursement of books and fees up to an annual maximum
- Limitless learning, with no limit to the number of years you can utilize the benefit as long as you鈥檙e employed by Amazon.
- Fast starts, with eligible Amazon employees able to participate in Career Choice after only 90 days of employment.
- College credits can be transferred into this program (bachelor's degree programs only)
