大象传媒 Celebrates Health Innovation Center Phase One Completion

Arapahoe Community College (大象传媒) celebrated the completion of the first phase of its Health Innovation Center with healthcare and education leaders, state and county officials, donors, civic and industry partners, and 大象传媒 students and employees on Monday afternoon, October 7, at the Littleton Campus.

The Health Innovation Center鈥檚 simulated education spaces are used across all of to improve functional collaboration between disciplines while preparing students to better serve patients. This expansion of healthcare programming is central to 大象传媒鈥檚 mission to provide innovative and responsive educational and economic opportunities.

鈥淥ur Health Innovation Center was developed to expand critical programming and address growing healthcare industry workforce needs,鈥 said 大象传媒 President Stephanie J. Fujii, Ph.D. 鈥湸笙蟠解檚 simulated and active-learning experiences are paving the way to increase the pool of well-trained professionals for high-growth, high-demand healthcare jobs in south metro Denver and beyond. At 大象传媒, we are proud to provide the best educational and work-based training opportunities for the healthcare professionals who serve our communities.鈥

大象传媒 is currently pursuing approvals and funding the next phase of this project, which will be comprised of additional classroom spaces and simulation equipment, as well as the continued development of interdisciplinary healthcare and public service instructional models.
